Question: Where do you ship from?

Answer:We are located in Connecticut and ship all items from our CT wear house. We purchase our merchandise from over seas and have them shipped to us which is why we ask that you all the time frame of 10 to 15 business days.   

Question: I paid for Priority Shipping, where is my order?

Answer: the shipping time frame for all orders is 10 to 15 business days, if you purchased Priority Shipping when your items arrive to our CT location it will take USPS 2 to 3 business days to ship your order to you this is after the 10 to 15 business days. Our new shipping policy Started on June 19th be sure to review it here. 

Question: How long does exchanges take to arrive?

Answer: Once a item is returned for exchange, if the item isn't currently at our CT location it can take 15 to 20 business days for a new item to be shipped out. The time frame begins once the item has been received back at my store location. 

Question: Can I speak to someone LIVE, are you legit?

Answer: Yes we are a legit company, you can speak with a rep at 475-414-1799 anytime during business hours. If were unable to answer please leave a message on the voicemail or send us a text

Question: What if I use Sezzel is the wait time the same?

Answer: If you decide to use Sezzel payment arrangements, delivery of your items will still be according to the promised shipping time frame. Please keep in mind that Sezzle is an independent company that process your payments. Josselnco does not have access to your information and we are unable to make changes on your accounts.

Question: How long will it take for delivery of my order?

Question: How do I count Business Days?

Answer: Business days are Monday through Friday, if their is an Holiday on one of those days DO NOT count that day. So if you made a purchase on June 10th your 20th business day would be July 8th.

Question: Are you shipping outside the United States?

Answer: Yes we ship Internationally, different shipping rates apply for those outside the US. Please be aware that extra duty fees could be charged upon delivery.

Question: How do I track my package?

Answer: Tracking is sent by email once an order is ready to be shipped. We only send tracking emails when orders are ready to be shipped out. Items may ship separately so multiple tracking emails may be sent.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Yes you can cancel your order with in 3 days of placing it without a cancellation fee. ALL canceled orders after the 3rd day are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Once you receive your items exchanges are accepted. Returns are only accepted if you purchased SEEL return protection are not accepted for Clearance or finial sale items or other items mentioned in our return policy.

Question: Why am I being charged a restocking fee?

Answer: Unless the item is already in stock, we order merchandise within 24-48 hours of when a order is placed. Once an order is placed with our supplier it cannot be canceled. Once an order has been shipped from my supplier and in transit it can not be canceled.
