Refund policy
At Halo District, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Wigs that have been opened
- Wigs with tampered packaging
- Wigs that show signs of being worn
- Makeup and beauty products
- Any item not returned in original condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
