Return Policy

At Halo District, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Wigs that have been opened
• Wigs with tampered packaging
• Wigs that show signs of being worn
• Makeup and beauty products
• Any item not returned in original condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
