Item must be in stock. Pre-order and backorder items will ship on or about their expected ship date. There is a small chance that certain preorders or backorders may be cancelled, based on demand, in which case refund will be issued the same day the order is canceled. Refunds usually reflect in 5-10 business days.

Where We Ship

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $9.99 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 4 business day after they are placed unless the items are preorder or backorder. Preorder and backorder items ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS or USPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Priority or Express shipping was selected.

HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 7 business days.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, UK or Australia CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the DHL. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS or UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Arrival Estimate link in the main menu of Home page on this site

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three easy ways to track your order:

  • Click on the Order Arrival Estimate link in the Main menu.
  • Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS or UPS tracking number.

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS

If your order includes pre-order items, there is a small chance that certain preorders may be cancelled, based on demand.  You will receive a cancellation email if your order will not be shipped.
