Order Arrival Estimates

Please allow the full 20 business days for your orders to ship out. Business days do not include weekend and Holidays. Here is our May calendar for 20 business days  

 UPDATE 5/22/22- PLEASE KEEP A EYE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. Orders placed between April 25th through May 1st are set to ship out this week. We will continue to ship out any orders pass 20 business along with current orders that are ready to ship. If you have received part of your order and are awaiting another item, a secondary tracking number and invoice will go out.

If you have received tracking information via email or SMS we are preparing to ship your order out. Tracking numbers will update after pick up. Please note UPS has been providing false shipping arrival dates.

Some items may ship separately. When the items in your order are ready to ship a new tracking email will be sent out. Tracking emails are ALWAYS sent out before a order ships. Make sure your order and address is correct. We have our shipping time frame in place to cover delays we experience. If there is an issue with your order WE WILL CALL YOU. As always we appreciate your patience as we work to get orders sorted, packed and shipped out.

If a tracking email hasn't arrived to your email please, allow 15 to 20 Business days for a email to be sent with tracking your information. As soon as your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be issued to the email listed on your order. 

If you did not list an email on your order you WILL NOT receive tracking information. IF WE EXPERIENCE DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS, UPDATES ARE LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND YOUR ORDER ESTIMATE PAGE

TAKE NOTE some of your items may exceed the normal 20 business day shipping period. When a item from your order arrives to my location it will be shipped out, Items may ship separate.

If your order has been partially shipped out or you made changes to your order that requires returning or exchanging an item your order number will no longer be listed on this page. You can receive an update Via Email or Phone.
