What will happen to my order while your closed?
First I want to Apologize for the delay and any inconvenience you are experiencing if your order was delayed. Your patience and support has been amazing and truly appreciated. While we are closed, we are continuing to work to make sure orders are shipping out as soon as possible. If you have canceled your order we will make sure to get your refund processed as fast as possible. If you ever have any questions about the status of an order please send us an email.
When will my order ship
Although our website will be down for one - two weeks, we will still be working to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. If you wish to no longer wait for your order please email me at Josselllc@gmail.com
Can I cancel my order? It's taking to long
Yes you can cancel your order if you no longer want to wait. If you placed your order over 20 business days ago you can cancel and will be issued a refund. We will no longer be offering the sneaker and handbag sets so it will NOT be possible to reorder at a later date.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you are waiting on an item for an exchange that you returned it most likely has been effected by the delay I am experiencing and I will work to get your exchanged item shipped as fast as possible.
